Marketing Strategy for Premseal

Premier Sealant Systems Ltd, recently rebranded as Premseal, has been a powerhouse in the sealing products industry since 1994, providing solutions for everything from roofing and cladding to glazing and cold storage. When they decided it was time for a complete brand overhaul, they turned to us at Studiowide to help make it happen. And what a journey it’s been!

Premseal came to us looking for a fresh brand strategy, and we were thrilled to dive in.

We introduced them to a strategy-first, holistic approach that transformed not just their brand but also their entire marketing operation. The success of the rebrand led to something even bigger: a digital transformation that took them from a traditional, sales-led company to a cutting-edge, digitally driven brand.

But that was just the beginning. Premseal also wanted to explore the world of automated promotional and transactional emails, aiming to support their sales teams and keep that all-important pipeline filled with new business opportunities. It was time to shake things up and make sure Premseal was ready to dominate the market.

Before we started our programme Premseal managed all their marketing in-house, relying heavily on field sales reps and tradeshows. It worked well enough, but with the market evolving and new competitors popping up, they knew they had to stand out. That’s where we came in, armed with fresh ideas and a strategic plan.

The challenge? Taking a company used to traditional methods and guiding them into the fast-paced world of digital marketing. We worked closely with Premseal’s senior leadership, including their new Managing Director, to develop a strategy that would not only maintain their market position but elevate it. The secret sauce? Helping them articulate what really makes them special and then shouting it from the digital rooftops.

We started with a focused approach, targeting the most promising market segment—let’s call it Persona 1. By honing in on this group, we were able to build a robust system of targeted communications, which laid the foundation for even more ambitious campaigns down the line. The key was not spreading ourselves too thin but instead delivering powerful, relevant messages that resonated with the right people at the right time.

As the campaign rolled out, we saw the results speak for themselves. Premseal’s new look wasn’t just a facelift; it was a full-blown transformation.

The strategy we developed, combined with our hands-on support, ensured that Premseal’s brand message was clear, consistent, and compelling across all channels.

The best part? We didn’t just leave Premseal with a shiny new brand; we equipped them with the tools and strategies to keep pushing forward. Their success story is now built on a foundation of strategic marketing that continues to deliver results, and we couldn’t be prouder to have played a part in it.
