When Premseal prepared to introduce ARBOShield Pro, its Class A self-adhesive façade membrane and perimeter seal tape system, the opportunity was clear. The product had a strong technical point of difference, but it needed to reach the right people across a complex construction-sector buying network.
Studiowide designed a joined-up product-launch and lead-generation campaign that combined audience research, contact qualification, email outreach, website content and social media. The campaign did more than create awareness: it started real conversations with façade contractors, consultants, technical teams, specifiers and other industry decision-makers.
The campaign generated at least 95 named human respondents and gave Premseal’s sales team a structured pipeline of conversations to follow up.
Premseal was launching a specialist product into a market where purchasing decisions are rarely made by one person. Contractors, façade consultants, architects, fire engineers, technical managers, procurement teams and system suppliers can all influence whether a product is reviewed, specified or introduced to a project.
A simple bought list or one-off email blast would not have been enough. Premseal needed a campaign that could identify relevant people, open a credible conversation and make it easy for the sales team to act on genuine interest.
The campaign therefore had to:
We began by creating a master list of 2,649 potential contacts. Premseal helped qualify the organisations and roles most relevant to the product, while Studiowide enriched approved contacts with usable business email data. By the first launch phase, 813 contacts had been qualified and 451 had been enriched, ready to be introduced gradually into the campaign.
The agreed programme included:
Rather than sending a brochure immediately, the email campaign used a three-stage, conversation-first sequence.
The first two emails introduced the product in a personal, transparent way and asked recipients about their own process for reviewing or introducing a new façade product. The tone acknowledged that the contact was unsolicited, avoided aggressive sales language and made the product’s point of difference clear.
If a conversation had not started, the third email supplied the supporting product information as a final, useful touchpoint. This gave interested contacts enough substance to review the system internally while creating a natural reason for Premseal to follow up.
Contacts were drip-fed into the campaign so that responses could be monitored and handed over while they were still timely. Early enquiries were forwarded directly to Premseal’s sales leadership, and later handoffs also included the wider sales team so that requests could be acted on quickly.
The campaign created a substantial volume of genuine market engagement.
| Performance measure | Verified result |
|---|---|
| Potential façade-sector contacts mapped | 2,649 |
| Contacts qualified in the first launch phase | 813 |
| Qualified contacts enriched | 451 |
| Respondents recorded in the opening weeks | 24 |
| Leads identified across the full campaign | 95+ |
| Campaign-response handoff emails | 85 |
The value was not just in the volume of responses. The replies created several clear routes into potential business, including:
The response pattern also provided useful market intelligence. Consultants explained how they performance-specify systems, contractors described how products enter their supply chain, and technical specialists highlighted the evidence they would need before considering the system. Even replies that were not immediate sales opportunities helped Premseal refine its follow-up, sales material and targeting.
Every response was treated according to its commercial value. High-intent contacts asking for meetings, presentations, samples, pricing or technical evidence were handed over for direct action. Longer-term contacts were retained as sales targets with an appropriate follow-up date. Referrals were treated as a route into the right buying group, rather than being recorded as a dead end.
This distinction mattered. The programme was built to turn a researched contact list into conversations and next actions, not to report vanity metrics such as send volume alone.
Within the opening weeks, 24 respondents had already been recorded. As the remaining contacts moved through the sequence, the campaign continued to generate enquiries, including late replies after the main sending phase had ended. Before the campaign was closed, Studiowide retained a definitive record of the contacts who had made an enquiry so Premseal could continue the follow-up process.
This was supported by a wider launch programme across Premseal’s website and social channels, giving recipients additional places to understand the product and validate the company behind it.
Studiowide helped Premseal turn a specialist technical product launch into a measurable sales-outreach programme. The campaign built a qualified audience, generated 95 leads and produced 85 response handoffs for sales follow-up.
Most importantly, it created commercially useful next steps: technical reviews, samples, pricing discussions, calls, meetings, CPD opportunities, supplier presentations and internal referrals.
The project demonstrates what happens when contact research, campaign strategy, useful content and disciplined sales follow-up operate as one connected system.
“A steady stream of new online enquiries. Highly recommended!”
