Recent winners of SEMTA National Skills Innovation award; Sharing in Growth has chosen to work with Studiowide on the material-design and marketing of a world-class training programme for the aerospace sectors.
An ambitious transformation programme supported by the Regional Growth Fund. Its objective is to raise the capability of UK aerospace suppliers in order to share in the growth of aerospace and other global markets.
The scheme provides concentrated training and development programmes tailored to the assessed needs of each supplier and targeted at world-class standards of performance. The company has helped secure more than £2.1billion in contracts.
Due to the success of the current programme. Our client has embarked on the next phase of their ambitious programme. By fully understanding the needs of its customers, Sharing in Growth have pooled together all internal and partners resources to create a truly world-class programme of training, aimed towards the modern leader within the Aerospace supply chain.
This is a large project and information has been fed into a central source from many inputs. The foundations of the programme and instructional design have been laid down at the highest level possible, by industry experts within the SiG team.
Studiowide are excited to have been selected as the design agency to bring all of this together into a cohesive suite of engaging learning materials.
