At Studiowide, we’re all about helping organisations communicate their biggest ideas in the most engaging, meaningful way possible. So when Alder Hey Children’s Hospital approached us to help promote their award-winning Staff Advice and Liaison Service (SALS), we knew this was a story that needed to be told with care and clarity.
SALS is a truly inspiring initiative created by Alder Hey staff for Alder Hey staff. It’s a clinically led, open-access listening service available to every staff member and learner at the hospital. Built on the foundations of compassionate, person-centred care, SALS offers a safe, supportive space where people feel heard, empowered, and encouraged to take intelligent action. At its heart, SALS champions a message we can all relate to: It’s OK not to be OK.
Our role was to bring this message to life through a powerful promotional video that captured the emotional impact and everyday value of the service.
Drawing on our expertise in visual storytelling and strategic communication, we produced a video that not only informs but truly connects—helping Alder Hey share the essence of SALS with authenticity and warmth.
At Studiowide, we see ourselves as partners in progress, working alongside clients to create campaigns that inspire action, build trust, and make a real difference. This project with Alder Hey is exactly the kind of collaboration we’re proud to be part of.
