Health Connect is transforming healthcare with their innovative approach to making medical services more accessible. From video appointments with GPs and specialists to online consultations with physiotherapists and dieticians, Health Connect offers a comprehensive range of health and wellness services, all in one place. No waiting, no referrals, no hassle—just direct, efficient access to healthcare.
When Health Connect approached us, they had an exciting task at hand: they were preparing to launch their brand new, state-of-the-art hospital with an event at the Everyman Cinema in Altrincham.
Our brief was to create a series of 7 engaging videos showcasing cutting-edge services and facilities, ready for the big screen at the event.
With the launch date just four weeks away, the challenge was clear. We had limited time to shoot, edit, and produce all the necessary content from multiple locations. The videos needed to be visually striking, featuring a combination of drone footage, immersive 360-degree shots, and digital recreations of their services and facilities. Some of these facilities weren’t even fully functional yet, which added to the complexity of the project.
One of the key requests from the client was a dynamic, high-energy fly-through video, darting through rooms to showcase the building’s modern technology. To achieve this, we planned several onsite filming days, gathering footage while our animation team got to work creating the necessary assets, including motion graphics and advanced image manipulation. For areas still under development, we digitally recreated the environments, blending animation with live footage to create seamless walkthroughs of their systems and software.
For the immersive segments, we took an innovative approach, filming from the perspective of a patient. By placing the camera at the height and angle of a patient’s head, we allowed healthcare professionals to interact directly with the camera, creating an immersive, first-person experience for viewers. This unique perspective added an engaging layer to the project, showcasing Health Connect’s human-centred approach.
In just 4 weeks, we delivered all 7 videos, each highlighting the state-of-the-art technology and personalised services that Health Connect offers. The videos brought their services to life, delivering an exciting and impactful narrative about their new hospital and its capabilities.
The launch event was a huge success, and Health Connect was able to showcase their innovative healthcare solutions to a captivated audience of employees, investors, and stakeholders, right on schedule.
