Working alongside major organisations and contractors, the company has formed successful working relationships and are the go-to company for industrial product and application sealing.

Having previously relied on a great reputation and customer loyalty to drive sales, the recent expansion of their Sales Team and new appointment of staff members prompted the evaluation of their current marketing strategy. Premseal could no longer solely depend on its technical knowledge and reputation as they enter new markets for growth.

Formerly advocates of traditional marketing approaches, the client recognised a need to move forward into new markets in order to expand their brand awareness and drive new sales. This marketing project was the first of its type for the company and involved all areas of their customer service and marketing processes.

Challenges

As a product-driven organisation with long-established expertise, it is without doubt that the company has a high-level of knowledge which is well-respected in their sector. The main remit for Studiowide was to leverage this expertise and create an identity to attract new customers and reflect the Premseal specialist product and application insight.

Solution

Our initial activity, following our research, was to rebrand and forge a new identity for the company. Our first task was to produce a suite of sales and marketing collateral, including website. We worked with the senior team at Premseal to identify several additional opportunities for our client that would completely evolve the Premseal brand and workforce culture.

In order for the new brand identity to have the desired impact, it was essential for brand application to be accurate and consistent at all times, across the company. Therefore, all brand changes were supported by a new set of Brand Guidelines, carefully crafted by the Studiowide design Team. The Guidelines help to assist the client and their in-house team in continuing to implement and execute their brand effectively across a range of media, ensuring consistency throughout the organisation.

Results

Our solution has not only provided Premseal with a fresh identity right across the board, but we have also helped our client to be able to effectively execute their brand via a range of digital and print-based channels.

In addition, all of this activity has been welcomed on the shop floor as employees view this rebrand as a positive change for the company. This change has had a significant cultural impact on the Premseal workforce – providing them with a new, professional look which now accurately reflects their manufacturing expertise, quality customer service and specialist knowledge.
